Definitions

• "Agreement" is a reference to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and any order form and payment instructions provided to you (Customer).
• "Customer", "you", "your" and "yours" means you the person using this Website ordering Goods or Services.
• "Services" or "Products" means the Web services or digitizing products which you have ordered from us and any other software or patches ordered by you.
• "Terms and Conditions" means this document and any updates to the document which are displayed on our Website.
• "We", "us" and "our" are references to CREATIVE-ADO LLC.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

• A duplicate payment is made
• The service was not delivered as agreed
• The project has not yet been started
• Compensate the amount in future orders as agreed

Non-Refundable Conditions

Revision Policy

We offer reasonable revisions within project scope. Significant modifications may require additional payment.

• Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Account suspension
• Service termination
• Legal review

We encourage resolving disputes directly.

Important Notes

All orders we receive are final as we manufacture a custom product for you. Once your order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. CREATIVE-ADO LLC does not issue refunds without receiving the goods back from the customer(s). However, we will be glad to replace any Custom patches or Labels containing defects in either materials or workmanship.

If a legal dispute happens, both you and CREATIVE-ADO LLC agree that the place for such a dispute is Florida USA. Should the dispute relate to the illegal use of copyrighted material or characteristic infringement, you agree to preserve the claim at your sole expense.

All embroidered patches shown on this website that contain corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the reproduction capabilities of CREATIVE-ADO LLC. It is your responsibility to verify your right to reproduce any logo, trademark or copyrighted material.
